Nicky Convine, based in the picturesque Scenic Rim, is a transcendent singer-songwriter making waves in South Queensland. Drawing inspiration from legends like Joni Mitchell, Eva Cassidy, and Norah Jones, Nicky's mesmerising vocals and deep, personal storytelling traverse the realms of soul and new-folk.

Growing up in the quiet town of Casino, NSW, Nicky honed her craft from a young age  and is now established as one of Queensland's finest female acts and most promising songwriters, 

Nicky’s music career kicked off at 16 when she toured with Troy Casser-Daley. Other hi lights have been, being in the Top 40 in the ‘Australian Idol’ series, and winning some prestigious awards for her songwriting throughout her career.   

In 2020, Nicky played her originals at ‘Blues on Broadbeach’ with Bill Chambers (Kasey Chambers' dad). More recently Nicky also had the honour of opening for Jackie Marshall at the 'Festival of Small Halls' event in her new hometown of Kooralbyn.

 Nicky is full of gratitude to share her heart with her followers with plans to record another album very soon. So watch this space.
