Sound & Song Night

Third Thursday of each Month. 

Remember who you are underneath the stories of your life by immersing in this Sound and Song Night.

Receive and relax with a Sound Healing for the first half of this event.

After the group has dropped in to the relaxation response and let go of the busy mind, we re-code ourselves with songs that hold the frequency’s of the earth, belonging and connection.

Group singing is encouraged however not necessary, you are welcome to just enjoy and soak it up too.

Sound and Song Night

Location: CWA Hall - Corner of Helen St and Selwyn St

Time: 6:00pm – 7:30pm

Doors open 10 minutes early (5:50pm) so you can set up your nesting space with grace and settle in gently before we begin at 6pm.

What to bring: • A yoga mat and/or chair for your nesting space. • Water • Eye mask (if desired) • An instrument if it delights you • Your beautiful self

There will be some chairs available at the hall, but it’s best to bring whatever feels most supportive and cosy for you.

Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by the host.

Womens Gathering. A celebration of Human Divinity.

‘Sound, Song & Somatics’ is a women’s gathering devoted to remembering your wholeness. This is not a retreat to fix or heal you, but an invitation to return to wholeness.

We celebrate the human, both the earthy, and the divine aspects of who you are. Over three nights and four days, we acknowledge the union point of sky and earth, which is you.

We honour our human divinity through fire, song, yoga, sound, cacao and dance, nature bathing, sun and earth practices, and soulful craft afternoons. 

Held in the warmth of sisterhood, this glamping experience includes three nourishing meals each day (vegetarian with gluten-free options), offering spaciousness to rest, move, express, and be illuminated through devotional practices. 

Together, we remember our belonging, to the land, to our bodies, and connection to one another.
